Favorite would have to be Darth Vader.I even had the pleasure of meeting the man in the orinal suit, Dave Prowse at a convention in 1978, very nice guy BTW.

My favorite is the Authentic Imperial Guard Costume. I don’t think they spoke at all in the movies, so one of my favorite quotes is “Why you stuck-up, half-witted, scruffy-looking nerf-herder!” and of course the response “Who’s Scruffy Looking?”
