Box Review: Marvel Collector Corps July 2015 Box – Ant-Man

IMG_9308

This is only the 2nd box that Collector Corps has done, and I’m pretty sure I’m a subscriber for life… or at least as long as they continue these boxes. The last box was fantastic too. The Marvel Collector Corps offers these boxes starting at $25 plus s/h. Marvel fans, these are a must.

Each box comes with a t-shirt. You pick your shirt size when subscribing. This box was Ant-Man themed, so I was happy to have a Ant-Man shirt before the movie even released. The shirt has the Ant-Man logo large across the chest with a tiny figure and the words below “(Actual size).” It’s a black t-shirt, which I’m not really fond of getting. But it makes the logo pop. (Retail $10?)

This month’s comic is Ant-Man #4 Variant edition. (Retail $3.99, though it’s a variant.)

The best part of each box is the Funko Pop Marvel figure. And this exclusive figure includes a Scott (sans helmet) and a mini bobble head (that really bobbles!). (Retail $39.99)

There were two Funko Marvel Ant-Man Mystery Minis, mine were Scott (sans helmet) and Yellow Jacket. (Last month only had one mini fig and it wasn’t nearly as cute and detailed.) (Retail $8.99 each)

And rounding out the box, and attached to it, are a collectible patch and pin – both featuring a retro Ant-Man head with the Collector Corp logo. (Retail $9.99 for both)

I even love the boxes these ship in. They are collectors items themselves, each unique to the theme that ships each time.

Next month’s box theme is Secret Wars.
Do you subscribe? If so, what do you think of this month’s box?
