SciFi Wire reports that there will not be a movie in the future for Lost. That the end of the tv series in 2010 will be it. Everything will be resolved in the final 6th season.

Lost returns for its 5th season on Jan. 21, 2009, at 8 p.m. ET/PT
I’m so excited for season 5 of lost-and I’m glad they’re not making a movie. I think that because there are SO many questions in the plot right now that most people are expecting the show to end with a lot of questions unanswered-I’m glad it sounds like we should know all at the end! Exciting.
