There wasn’t a theme this month, but they let us know ahead of time what movies they are focusing on.

I LOVE STAR WARS Tshirt (Retail $10?) – This is my favorite item in the box. Despite yet another black shirt, I like the simple and fun design.

SciFi Block

Yondu Funko POP! (Retail $6-10) – Subscribers had a 50-50 chance on getting Yondu or The Collector in this box. Unfortunately, I have all of the Guardians POPs save for Drax. And this isn’t even an exclusive. So my niece gets to start collecting my duplicate POPs. She’s a Guardians fan too, so she was happy to get my leftovers.

SciFi Block

Alien: Ripley Funko Reaction Figure (Retail $8) – It was nice to get 2 Funko items in the box! Though, I don’t collect these, so I’ll be regifting.

EXCLUSIVE Star Trek Communicator Note Pad (Retail $1?) – This was disappointing, as the one exclusive item is just filler. I don’t know many people who use little note pads like this anymore.

SciFi Block

Star Wars Beanie (Retail about $15) – This was a fun, featured item. With “Storm” on the front and “Trooper” on the back. This will definitely get some use.

Summary:
Despite a few disappointments, this remains a solid box for scifi lovers. The value is great, and the items are (for the most part) unique and wearables and collectables.
I’ll skip next month, as I don’t care for Dr Who or the 5th Element (another spoiler via email).
