Really?!
I wanted so much to like this. But it looks like Dr. Who threw up on DC Comics. Some things just don’t translate well from comicbook to big screen – those freaky looking aliens being one. I can’t see any mainstream, non-comic fan wanting to see this movie after watching the trailer. And I’m a bit leery as well.

I’ll be real curious to see how it plays on a movie screen, plus this is an early look and I think the effects will be refined even more. I will say Blake Lively is all wrong for this movie. But Reynolds looks solid as Jordan

I have to admit, I was feeling harsh that morning. I rewatched it and it wasn’t half as bad as I remembered. I still don’t think it’ll be up to recent standards that Marvel set with Iron Man, the X-Men, and Spider-Man films. But hopefully, it’ll be decent.
