I recently participated in a Q&A with Jean-Luc Bilodeau, who plays Josh Traeger on ABC Family’s Kyle XY!
What drew you to pursue acting?
J. Bilodeau: As a kid, I always loved Jim Carey. I used to do his impersonations and stuff like that. I don’t know what it was, but I just like to entertain people. I’ve always been a dancer. I went to dance competitions and stuff like that, and just being in front of a big crowd of people brings me to an awesome place. So, I think it made me want to become an actor because the majority of famous actors are just in front of everybody all the time and, being in the spot light, I like it. I like to entertain people and make them laugh. Acting just fit the part.
