Review:
When I saw that there would be a new miniseries in the Hellboy universe, I knew I had to check out the British Paranormal Society. I loved this clever X-Files meets BPRD with Simon and Honora investigating mysteries in a secretive and creepy small town. I hope to see these characters again, as they’re a lot of fun. And the foreboding setting and town made for a great paranormal mystery. The artwork was perfect – dark and dramatic, that definitely had the feel of the Hellboy universe. The stunning art definitely added to the eeriness and building suspense. Loaded with thrills, secrets, and a surprising ending – this is a memorable series that I thoroughly enjoyed.
