Life-long SciFi fan, book hoarder, and avid reader of all genres.
I loved Star Wars as a child, but really fell in love with science fiction when Star Trek: The Next Generation aired. So, I was definitely a geek in high school. Though, considering I run my own website for all things scifi, pretty sure it makes me more of a geek now. I have a full-time, desk job for an investment company. I have a bachelor’s degree in art/graphics design that I rarely use. I like dogs, but love Shar Pei. And I’m a proud dog mom of a rescued Shar Pei/Beagle mix named Lois Lane, a Shar Pei/Lab named Thor, and a Shar Pei named Geordi. I love movies with happy endings. I’m addicted to too many TV shows. And I read every chance I get.

Hey! Doubt you remember me but I went to IWU with you. Josh Buck’s cousin. Just saw your book review in the front page of “changes” by Jim Butcher! So crazy to see it in there! Congrats!
Hi Eric – Sure, I remember you! Thanks! It is crazy to see my quotes in books. I get excited each time I spot one.. especially on favorite authors’ books!
Try Chiliad by Simon Otius, on unhappened [dot] com. Not for everybody, in fact almost for nobody.
Just to let you know that I have linked your blog to mine and also publicised it in this post:

I read your bio and you sound like a younger version of me, but back in the 50s & 60s, I was a geek without a title. So much easier today.
