There’s a nice card with details of the items in the box.
Starship Troopers Temporary Tattoo and Patch – Well, my niece loves temporary tattoos, but she can’t watch this movie yet. And I don’t know many adults who would wear a temporary tattoo of something like this. Pretty much just filler anyway.
Dr Who Comic Variant – Not a fan, so I’ll pass this along.
Tom Kennedy Art Print “Space Girls” – While I’m all about girl power, and this is well-done, I have no use for this one.
Star Wars Death Star Ice Mold – I think this is the 3rd Star Wars ice mold I’ve received in mystery boxes. Pretty funny.
Star Trek Teeny Tin – I took one close-up and one pic to show just how small this tin is! It’s cute, but WAY too small to be of any use save sitting on a shelf of collectibles. It’s too bad, because a full-sized lunch box would’ve been awesome. This is just.. meh. I thought it may have been a set of tiny playing cards, but no – it’s empty.
EXCLUSIVE X-Files Lunch Bag – This is a fun, insulated bag that will keep your evidence… or lunch at the correct temperature for a little while. Unfortunately, there’s no handle, so I probably wont get much use out of it. As I have plenty of lunch bags that are larger and more convenient.
X-Files Tshirt – Thankfully, it says “I want to believe” in small print, so most people will know what this is from. But it’s not blatant otherwise. It’s a cute shirt I’ll probably wear. Just as a warning to women though, the sizes are MUCH too small. So, order at least 2 sizes up from normal.
Summary: I decided to buy this box based on the Star Trek, Star Wars, and X-Files hints. Yes, I kind of regret it as the value just isn’t here. This will probably be my last SciFi Block.
