That looks cool, I’ll have to check it out.
P.S. You won the drawing on my blog, so if you’ll email me I’ll send you your prize. 🙂
Hey, thanks, Ann! 🙂
If I recall correctly…TV Guide.com said that the show was not picked up and they are just going to burn the episodes on air since the Writers Strike was still going on.
As for Highlander….we really need a good tv show of that back again.
Hmm, that looks good.
After Journeyman tore my heart out I don’t think I have it in me to try another new show.
Say it isn’t so Pete! I’ve been looking forward to this show. 🙁
Here is the link from Tvguide.com
Sounds like the show was in trouble from the begining…

Thanks Pete. I guess we can only hope if it’s good enough, and high enough ratings, that they’d pick it up.
And yes, James, nothing was more dissapointing than losing Journeyman. Too many of my favorite shows end up getting canned after the first season. And New Amsterdam doesn’t even have a full season yet..
I think the demise has been greatly exaggerated based on the fact it was originally a high profile show premiering in September that got bumped to mid-season. Virtually all of FOX’s new mid-season shows have short orders (NA, Sarah Connor, Jezebel James, Canterbury’s Law, etc). If the ratings are good enough, they will produce a second season.
…and whatever doubts FOX might have had, they wouldn’t waste two previews behind American Idol if they just wanted to burn it off as filler. 😉
I just found your blog post and found it quite interesting. Would you be interested in a story about a real life immortal?
If you are serious about this subject, then you will be quite interested in my research and findings on this very topic.
I have summarized what I have found on my main blog:

Check out the post “Summary of the Facts” when you get a chance and then my follow up book “Secrets of an Immortal – An Eyewitness Account of 2,800 Years of History”.
I have been downloading New Amsterdam form Amazon and I have to say I am enjoying this show. I do hope Fox does give it a chance. On Amazon it is like one of the top ten downloads. I don’t Fox looks at things like that or not.
Even if they don’t do more shows I at least hope it gets out on DVD.
